Pick 'n Pay Taste of Christmas announces

With just under a fortnight to go before South Africa’s
first ever Taste of Christmas begins at the The Coca Cola Dome, the
much-anticipated restaurant list has been announced.
“At Taste, we like to mix things up a bit and
keep it interesting,” says Taste Festivals Director, Justine
Drake. “And Taste of Christmas is no exception. Not only do
we have seven of the hottest restaurants, but also a truly unique
festive retail experience.”
Pick n Pay Taste of Christmas Restaurant List 2012:
- Blue Feather Fine Dining and Bistro (Executive Chef Mitch Clark)
- Emoyeni (Executive Chef Nicky Gibbs)
- Jazz Maniacs’ Restaurant at the Soweto Hotel (Executive
Chef Japhta Hatshejame)
- Oak Leaf Country Restaurant (Executive Chef Summer Ndlovu)
- Prosopa (Chef Patron Dino Fagas)
- Sel et Poivre and Le Petit Sel Bistro (Chef Patron Coco Reinarhz
- Thava Indian Restaurant (Chef Patron Matthew Abraham and Consulting
Executive Chef Philippe Frydman)
In addition, activities and demonstrations have been planned on how
to plan the perfect Festive Season including:
- Pick n Pay Art of Christmas Experience - Hone
your crafting skills, get inspired and create your own Christmas
decorations or whip up a host of festive dishes guaranteed to elevate
your summer entertaining to gourmet heights.
- Thirst Mixology Theatre - Learn how to create the perfect seasonal
cocktails to serve to friends and family over the Festive period

- NOTE: The Taste of Christmas 2012 takes place
at The Coca Cola Dome, from the 7th – 9th December.
